The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to the clinical transplantology and cosmetology, and may be used in the surgical treatment of patients with cicatrical complications of wound process, including the burning injuries. A method comprises the dermabrasion with next plasty of neogenic wound surface by biologic substrate as a flap of stored xenogenic skin moistened with incubating solution, which is plunged into the sterile sodium chloride isotonic solution for 15-20 minutes and in 8-10 minutes from the initiation of incubation the xenogenic skin flap is treated with ultrasound at a dose from 0.5x10to 5x10watt-hour-mlinclusive. |
