A method of manufacture of castings with differentiated structure and properties from one source fusion, at which one part of the casting is molded with initial fusion through the common riser and channels of the first tier of gating system without any preliminary working, while another part of the casting, which remained unfilled, is molded with initial fusion through the common riser and channels of the second tier of gating system, where the poured fusion on the path of motion to the casting is subject to intra-form working by fine dispersed powdery, grainy, granulated or briquetted modifier, master alloy. |
