Herbal rice cake for invigorating one's body and its preparation method are provided to enable modern people to conveniently eat brown rice and various medicinal herbs. Herbal rice cake for invigorating one's body is prepared by the steps of: (i) making a medicinal herb extract from medicinal herbs comprising 1~16wt.pt. of the young antlers of the deer, 1~16wt.pt. of Morinda citrifolia, 1~16wt.pt. of Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma, 1~16wt.pt. of Epimedium koreanum Nakai, 1~16wt.pt. of Eucommia ulmoides, 1~16wt.pt. of Phlomis umbrosa, 1~16wt.pt. of Psoralea corylifolia L. fruits, 1~16wt.pt. of Alpinia oxyphylla Miquel fruits, 1~16wt.pt. of Hominis Placenta, 1~16wt.pt. of Cuscuta japonica Chois., 1~16wt.pt. of actinolite, 1~16wt.pt. of Torilis japonica, 1~16wt.pt. of stewed deer antlers, 1~16wt.pt. of the powder made of stewed deer antlers, 1~16wt.pt. of Curculigo orchioides Gaertner, 1~16wt.pt. of Trigonellae semen, 1~16wt.pt. of Gekko gecko (Linnaeus), 1~16wt.pt. of walnut flesh, 1~16wt.pt. of Drynaria fortunei Smith root, and 1~16wt.pt. of Cibotium barometz J. Smith root; and (ii) mixing 1~1600wt.pt. of brown rice to 10~300wt.pt. of the medicinal herb extract having a water content of 90% to make herbal rice cake. |
