Method for determination of palimotoxicity of technogenous pollutants of environment with use of reproductive system of higher plants includes collection of reproductive material in ecologically favorable and technogenous zones, fixation of reproductive material in acetous alcohol, washing with different concentrations of alcohols, keeping in ethyl alcohol in refrigerator, preparation of temporary crushed preparation, calculation of number of fertile and sterile pollen grains, ranging by classification EC10-90 of content of toxic concentrations of pollutants in regions under investigation.
