A device for reinforcing a tapping hole sleeve of a converter is provided to reduce a subsidiary material injected into the converter during refining and reduce repairing time of the tapping hole sleeve by directly injecting a repairing material into a reinforcement space of the tapping hole sleeve, thereby making it not necessary to completely discharge residual slag. A device for reinforcing a tapping hole sleeve(3) of a converter comprises: a pipe part(10) which is inserted into the tapping hole sleeve, in which a hollow part(11) is formed to fill the hollow part with a repairing material, which has ejection holes(13) formed in one side portion thereof in such a shape that the ejection holes are inclined downward from an inner part of the pipe part to an outer part of the pipe part to eject the repairing material, and which has a connecting plate(15) formed on the other end thereof to seal the tapping hole sleeve; and a piston part for pushing the repairing material in the ejection hole direction to eject the repairing material, the piston part including a piston(21) inserted into the hollow part of the pipe part to push the repairing material, and a cylinder body(25) which extends from the pipe part to extend the hollow part, in which a housing part(26) is formed to accommodate the piston, and which has an auxiliary connecting plate(28) formed on an end thereof in a way that the auxiliary connecting plate is detachably connected to the connecting plate. |
