A subscriber identification module card and a portable wireless terminal using the same are provided to supply auxiliary power to a user's terminal for emergency circumstances and to promote the user's convenience by preparing an auxiliary battery cell in a terminal, and to perform a rescue calling function by simple change of the mode without an additional power source. Multiple contact pads for subscriber identification(13a,13b,13c,13d,13e,13f) are exposed on a subscriber identification module card surface, connected electrically to a terminal in case of being equipped in a terminal, and identifies the user information. A battery cell is built in the subscriber identification module card, connected electrically to a terminal in case of being equipped in a terminal, and used as an auxiliary power supply. Multiple contact pads for supplying power(13c,13g,13h) are connected electrically to the battery cell, and exposed on the card surface. A mode conversion key(20) is established on one edge side of the card. One corner of the subscriber identification module card consists of slanted-cut part(12) for preventing the wrong insertion. The card is selectively used as an auxiliary battery or a subscriber identification module card(10) by operation of the mode conversion key. The contact pads for subscriber identification and the contact pads for supplying power are established separately. |
