A billet for manufacture of cylindrical bimetallic articles contains a common airtight chamber formed by a tubular housing with bottom and cover, inside which a disk separator of common airtight chamber into working and pouring chambers is located, internal pipe installed in the working chamber with possibility of formation between tubular housing and internal pipe of the annular chamber filled with filler, a bypass valve in the cover of tubular housing and channels for fusion of the fusible material located in pouring chamber. Internal pipe is made with an overhang relative to the annular protrusion made on the internal surface of tubular housing. The disk separator is located on butt end of internal pipe with possibility of contact with the latter and formation of process clearance between said separator and protrusion.
