The invention relates to refractory industry and can be used for production of refractory concrete of increased strength and slag resistance, intended for production of cast linings of thermal unit elements, e.g. walls and bottom of casting and pony ladles. Refractory concrete mix contains, weight %: 44-57 corundum filling agent; 18-22 fine dispersed alumomagnesia spinel in the form of fraction mix, less than 0.5 mm and less than 0.09 mm, in the ratio of 4:1; 4-6 of high-claye cement; 15.07-17.73 of non-metallurgical grinded alumina, wherein content of particles having size less than 4 µm, is not less than 40 %; 4-6 of sintered periclase with particles sizes of not less than 90 mµ; 1-3 microsilica with particles size not less than 1 µm; 0.8-1.2 of dispersing additive –disperse alumina modified with polyelectrolyte, with content of particles having size of 4.5 µm, of not less than 70 %; 0.07-0.13 of organic fiber of length of 4-8 mm. |
