The invention relates to area of pump building, in particular to submersible piston pump units intended for lift of reservoir fluids, for instance oil, from deep wells that can have small diameter and small debit. Well electric drive pump unit has a working piston double-acting pump with suction 12, 13 and discharge 17, 18 valves, is intended for pumping reservoir fluid, drive double-acting cylinder, piston 5 of which is connected by means of rod 6 to piston 3 of working piston pump and oil pump 21 with drive from submersible electric motor the cylinder body 1 of the pump unit there is an oil tank 22 with compensator 23 of its volume, hydraulic control oil distributing valve that has two control cavities 30, 31 that are connected to the cavity of oil tank through throttles 32 and 33, respectively, and two distribution lines 30, 31 connected to the cavity of oil tank through throttles 32 and 33, respectively, and two distribution lines A and B, trough those a head end 9 and rod end 10 of drive hydro-cylinder can be connected to the pressure line 27 and the ank the pressure line safety valve 28 is installed. In each distribution line A and B control hydraulic unit is installed, and hydraulic accumulator connected to it, this can be connected in turns through control hydraulic unit to respective distribution hydro-line A, B and to respective control cavity 30, 31 of oil distributing valve 29. The invention makes it possible to increase duration of operation of pump unit at use for pumping reservoir fluid polluted with sand and other suspended particles. |
