A surface heating device is provided to maintain a contact state between an electrode layer and a connection terminal stably by inserting the connection terminal between an insulation substrate and an installation unit and heating the insulation substrate to a high temperature. A surface heating device includes an insulation substrate(10), a resistance heating layer(20), an electrode layer(30), an installation unit(40), and a conducting connection terminal(50). The resistance heating layer is formed on the insulation substrate, and generates a heat if a current is applied. The electrode layer is formed to be extended along an edge of the insulation substrate, and is coupled to the resistance heating layer. The installation unit of a non-conductor material has an installation groove into which the edge of the insulation substrate is inserted. The conducting connection terminal is contacted with the electrode layer and is arranged between the installation groove and the insulation substrate to apply a current. |
