A germ-free isolator equipped with a tank is provided to prevent the infection due to the contact with the external air by preventing the external air from flowing into the inside of the isolator. A germ-free isolator equipped with a tank includes a case body(10), a drain(20), a filter portion(30), gloves(40) and a control box(50). Air sucking and air discharging lines(14,15) are installed on one side of the front of the case body. The drain discharges wastes through a discharge pipe(21) installed on the lower part. A tank(60) is installed on the lower part of the one side of the front and rear of the case body. The upper part of one end of the tank is exposed to the outside and the upper part of the other end of the tank is connected to the work table inside the case body.
