<p>A printing plate is provided to allow a user to observe swelling of a blanket for controlling swelling at high accuracy by forming recessed portions each having progressively different depths on a non-printing region of the blanket. A printing plate(1) comprises a plurality of recessed portions(15) for controlling swelling of a non-printing region(14) within a blanket. The recessed portions have depths that are progressively different, wherein the depths of direction of width perpendicular to a printing direction where the blanket transfers an image to be printed are different through the printing direction.</p> |
