The inventive cladding panel is embodied in such a way that it is stackable in a small volume ensuring a good mechanical resistance to different forces, in particular to wind forces. The result is obtained in that the panel is provided with two wings (20, 30) which are substantially parallel with respect to each other and slightly inclined with respect to the plane which is perpendicular to the core sheet (10) of the panel. One (20) of two wings comprises a section (23) which is more inclined to said perpendicular plane in such a way that the other wing of the panel adjacent to a triangular cross section caisson is formed when two panels are nested into each other.
