PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition and a calendered sheet having excellent calender processability and whitening resistance. SOLUTION: The resin composition is composed of (a) 50-99 mass% polyester resin comprising (i) a dicarboxylic acid component composed of terephthalic acid and (ii) a diol component composed of 60.5-72.5 mol% ethylene glycol, 1.5-6 mol% diethylene glycol and 26-38 mol% 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (the sum of the ethylene glycol, the diethylene glycol and the 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol is 100 mol% and the 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol is composed of 65-75 mol% of a trans-isomer and 25-35 mol% of a cis-isomer) and (b) 1-50 mass% thermoplastic polyester elastomer.
