PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor having good wear resistance and an extended lifetime, wherein a scratch of an imaging member in one or more surface layers of the member (which causes an observable undesirable print defect on a produced final print) is reduced or minimized. SOLUTION: An imaging member is provided containing a supporting substrate, a photocharge generating layer, at least one charge transport layer comprising at least one charge transport component and at least one silanol, and an overcoat in contact with and contiguous to the charge transport layer, wherein the overcoat comprises an acrylated polyol, a polyalkylene glycol, a crosslinking component and a charge transport component.
