PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling apparatus for a long foam member, capable of drilling an excellent long hole which penetrates in a longitudinal direction from one end to the other end of the long foam member. SOLUTION: This drilling apparatus for a long foam member includes: an apparatus body 2; a long hole drilling guide mechanism 10 for guiding the long foam member 100 placed on the apparatus body 2 along a linear recessed part 11; a long drilling blade body 20 in which a pivoting base on one end side is rotatably supported by the pivoting part 4 of the apparatus body 2 and a blade body part having a boring blade on the tip faces the linear recessed part 11; a driving source 30 for rotating and driving the drilling blade body 20; a blade body shake preventing guide body 40 slidably arranged along the linear recessed part 11 and rotatably penetrated by the blade body part of the drilling blade body 20; a holding mechanism 50 having a holding roller 51 rotatably disposed above the linear recessed part 11, for holding the outer circumferential upper end of the a long foam member 100 by the holding roller 51 to regulate the position; and a drilling chippings suction device 60 in which one end side of the long foam member 100 faces a suction opening 62.
