PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nylon 66 resin composition containing titanium oxide in a high concentration and in a good dispersion state. SOLUTION: The nylon 66 resin composition is obtained by compounding 1-5 wt.% titanium oxide exhibiting≥95% degree of water dispersion with 100 wt.% of a nylon 66 resin. Preferably, the titanium oxide has 0.1-0.4μm median diameter, and includes≥90% particles having≥0.1 and≤0.5μm diameters. The method for producing the nylon 66 resin composition includes adding the titanium oxide exhibiting≥95% degree of the water dispersion so as to be 1-5 wt.% based on 100 wt.% nylon 66 resin composition when the temperature in the polymerization system is 216-230°C at the polymerization of the nylon 66 by polymerizing hexamethylene adipamide.
