PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle complexedly and vibration-proofingly supporting a driver's seat, a fender part, and side face part covers connected with a fender. SOLUTION: In this working vehicle, a machine body frame 20 is composed of side part frames 21 arranged on both right and left sides in the forward and backward directions, a ROPS support frame 22 erected upward from a rear part of the side part frame 21 to support a ROPS 30, and a rear frame 28 constructed in a halfway part of the ROPS support frame 22.
