PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded body and a manufacturing method thereof which can be easily manufactured in a single manufacturing step without increasing the manufacturing step and can ensure only necessary rigidity. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a vehicle door trim 100 comprises a step for setting a natural fiber sheet 40 which is embedded in at least a part of the molten resin M and has an opening 41 selectively formed at the position corresponding to a first sub-gate 91, a step for supplying the molten resin M from a back surface 40a side of the natural fiber sheet 40 to the front surface 40b side from the first sub-gate 91 through the opening 41, and a step for supplying the molten resin M from a second sub-gate 92 to the back surface 40a side of the natural fiber sheet 40. Since the vehicle door trim 100 can be easily manufactured in the single manufacturing step without increasing the manufacturing step, and the natural fiber sheet 40 is embedded in the rear end part 31 of an arm rest, only necessary rigidity can be ensured.
