PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to store while winding by generating no blocking with an adhesive coated and to avoid generation of folding unevenness in folding portions when folding. SOLUTION: Preprinting layers are formed on a base sheet 1, adhesive layers 13a, 13b overlie the preprinting layers 12a, 12b by coating a radiation curable adhesive adhering by compressing, the adhesive layers 13a, 13b are cured, thereafter the base sheet 1 is wound and stored.
