<p>A hydraulic breaker is provided to control internal vibration and noise and to reduce noise occurrence by fixing and supporting a crushing portion with a cylinder and a rod to the inside of a bracket portion using a vibration absorber and supporting a rod to the lower part of a bracket portion, and to extend service life by improving bearing capacity. A hydraulic breaker(100) includes a bracket portion(110) having a bracket(111) provided with a coupling bracket(112) coupled to an excavator, a crushing portion(120) hitting a rod(124) provided to the lower part of a driving portion with driving force of a cylinder to the inside of the bracket of the bracket portion, a cylinder vibration-proofing portion having plural upper guide plates provided with an upper guide vibration absorber to fix and support the upper part of a cylinder to the upper part of a cylinder housing portion of the bracket portion to the inside of the bracket portion and plural lower guide plates provided with a lower guide vibration absorber to fix and to support the lower part of the cylinder to the lower part of the cylinder housing portion, and preventing vibration and noise, a driving vibration-proofing portion(140) having a fixing plate cover(141) provided with a fixture(142) to fix and support the driving portion hitting the rod to the inside of a driving housing portion of the bracket portion, and a rod support portion(150) supporting the rod to the lower part of the lower fixing bracket of the bracket portion.</p> |
