ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY MULTILEVEL PLASTIC ENVELOPE AND THAT PRODUCTION METHODS

A method for producing an environment-friendly multilayer plastic bag is provided to make use of HDPE and recycled LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE in production of films of enhanced performances in tension, tear and expansion rates. An environment-friendly multilayer plastic bag is produced by: pouring new HDPE material into an extruder, melting, and supplying the molten material to dies; blending recycled LDPE and LLDPE at a weight ratio of 1:1 in another extruder, and mixing with a recycled HDPE at a weight ratio of 2:3, melting and supplying the mixture to the dies; extruding an outer face(11) through the supply of the new HDPE and extruding the mixture and the recycled HDPE to an inner face(12) so as to impregnate the outer and inner faces in a form of an integrated film(10); adjusting the thickness of the film to 0.025-0.050m/m with a roller; making a print on the outer face of the film; and forming a handle and a fixed portion at the film to obtain a bag.
