<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of data management of manifest information, to verify the compatibility of the movement authentication of an object to be processed and to secure an appropriate system operation for preventing illegal abandonment by performing collation/input confirmation of shared processing data of a company using an IC card or an RFID tag, performing data communication with an ASP server and processing data updating in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The IC card system S includes real time processing means 3 (3A, 3B and 3C) for performing the collation/input confirmation of card data including party confirmation through a PDA or a computer used as a user terminal with respectively owned IC cards storing the share processing data composing ID registration information and manifest information intrinsic to the object to be processed as an input source, performing the data communication with the ASP server 1 every time and updating a history when the companies involved in the execution process of the object to be processed perform share transfer such as the delivery of the object to be processed with each other.
