<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag which eliminates the need to provide a spacer between RFID tags to be overlapped without causing any reading failure due to the interference of a radio wave even when the RFID tags are overlapped. <P>SOLUTION: The RFID tag 1 is composed of: a first antenna formed of a metal film layer 11a on which an IC chip 10 is mounted; and at least one second antenna formed of a metal film layer 12a on which the IC chip 10 is not mounted. The metal film layer 11a is formed on the base 11b, and the metal film layer 12a is formed on the base 12b.
