<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing frame-driving device of a sewing machine by which high speed operation is made possible by transmitting uniform transporting driving force to whole sewing frame and solving phenomenon in which the quality of embroidery is lowered due to swinging of the sewing frame in transporting operation. <P>SOLUTION: The sewing frame driving device of the sewing machine includes one or more lateral transporting mechanisms 130X for transporting the sewing frame for supporting a material to be sewn in transverse directions and one or more longitudinal transporting mechanisms 130 Y for transporting the sewing frame 120 in longitudinal direction. Either one transporting mechanism of the lateral transporting mechanisms 130X and the longitudinal transporting mechanisms 130 Y is equipped with a fixed frame 210 provided in a body of the sewing machine 100, a transporting frame 220 in which teeth of a gear are formed and movably provided on the fixed frame 210, and a transporting frame driving means 150 engaged with teeth of the gear formed in the transporting frame 210 and reciprocating the transporting frame 220. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
