PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight swivel control device swiveling a headlight according to the determination whether any turn-back of the swivel is delayed. SOLUTION: If the watching direction of a driver is not changed when turning back the steering (before and after the start of the turn-back), the swivel angleϕchanging according to the change of the steering angleωis calculated, and the swivel control of the calculated swivel angleϕis performed while the calculated swivel angleϕis the target swivel angle. On the other hand, if the watching direction of the driver is changed when turning back the steering, the swivel angleϕchanging according to the change in the watching direction of the driver is calculated following the second swivel characteristic in order to perform the swivel prior to the change in the advancing direction of a vehicle as the steering angleωis reduced, and the swivel control is made with the swivel angleϕbeing the target swivel angle.
