PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring minute quantity liquid which can analyze a minute quantity liquid sample optically, while improving the product yield with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this device for measuring trace quantity liquid, a light source, a first optical fiber which guides light emitted from the light source, a cylindrical liquid core fiber connected to the other end of the first optical fiber, a second optical fiber jointed to the other end of the liquid core fiber, and an optical processing means, connected to the other end of the second optical fiber, are connected on the identical optical axis; and when irradiating light emitted from the light source, while the liquid sample being injected into the liquid core fiber, beforehand, the light passes through the liquid sample and its components are analyzed by the optical processing means provided to the end.
