PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress pressure loss and also suppress a performance drop by securing a delivery channel without enlarging a delivery hole. SOLUTION: A plurality of delivery holes 33 is provided, and are opened and closed by one delivery valve 35. Since the delivery channel is secured without enlarging area of a delivery hole 33, therefore, performance drop is suppressed without dropping reliability due to a crack of the delivery valve 35 or the like.
