PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the balance of tackiness, coherence, retractility and elasticity by taking a delicate balance of viscosity and elasticity. SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising at least one pressure-sensitive adhesive component and at least one thermoplastic material component which does not mix with this pressure-sensitive adhesive component in a service temperature, (1) comprises at least 40 wt.% of a pressure-sensitive adhesive component and at least 5 wt.% of a thermoplastic material component, and (2) has a configuration having at least two different domains, wherein the first domain is substantially continuous and the second domain is substantially fibril-like to flake-like.
