PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film which has a uniform property without unevenness in thickness along the whole width made by a high-speed film forming and broadened polyolefin-based film, copes with mass production, and shows good glossiness and bag formability, and to provide a packaging body. SOLUTION: The packaging film is a polyolefin-based laminate film which is made by forming a seal layer composed of the polyolefin-based film as a major component on at least one surface of a base layer composed of a stretched polypropylene-based resin as a major component and containing an anti-fogging agent, and has an effective product takeout width of not less than 5,500 mm wherein the relation between a variation ratio Y(%) of the thickness of the film to the product takeout width X (mm) of the film satisfies Y≤0.001X+4.
