<p>A method for controlling Femtocell paging of an FNC is provided to transmit a paging request message only to a Femtocell in which a receiving terminal corresponding to the paging has registered, thereby preventing unnecessary waste of wireless resources of the other Femtocells providing no service to the receiving terminal. An FNC(Femtocell Network Concentrator) receives a paging request message from a core network(S201). Based on object base station information included in the paging request message, the FNC determines whether a destination of the received paging request message is one specific Femtocell or two or more Femtocells for broadcasting(S203). If the received paging request message is for the one Femtocell, the FNC transmits the received paging request message to a corresponding Femtocell base station without any work(S205). If the received paging request message is for plural Femtocells, the FNC determines a Femtocell, subscribed by a receiving terminal, as a target Femtocell(S207). The FNC transmits the received paging request message only to a base station of the target Femtocell, and ignores a paging request for the rest Femtocells(S209).</p> |
