A forming mold and a method for manufacturing reinforced plastics are provided to prevent air bubbles from being generated in the plastics by forming the forming mold into a vacuum state. A forming mold comprises a sealing part(40) and a vacuum part(60). The sealing part is installed at a portion, in which an upper mold(10) and a lower mold(12) are in contact with each other, to prevent air from flowing into an inner space(20) between the upper mold and the lower mold. The vacuum part draws in air contained in the inner space, which is sealed by the sealing part, to the outside. The vacuum part includes a pipe member(64), which has a pipe disposed in the lower mold, and a pump member(76) connected to the pipe member.
