A manufacturing method of a manifold is provided to reduce the welding process and a connector part by forming a screw thread with a sufficient height on a "T" branch pipe, and increase productivity and reduce defective proportion substantially by performing a pressing type forming process using a forming pin. In a manifold manufacturing method for forming a connector on the "T" branch pipe of the manifold body by closing one side of a manifold body on which a "T" branch pipe(2) is formed and installing a fluid channel and a connector at the other side of the manifold body, the manifold manufacturing method comprises bending a manifold manufacturing plate into a partially circular shape along a "T" branch pipe-forming line to form a curved surface portion, forming a plurality of "T" branch pipes along the curved surface portion, bending the remaining portion of the entire plate into a cylindrical shape to form the manifold body, and welding and sealing joints of both ends of the manifold body.
