The present invention concerns a footwear structure with improved comfortableness comprising an upper with which a sole (2) is associated, characterised in that it comprises a container comprising a box-type body (15, 15'), containing at least one dehumidifier and/or medicinal material,. provided with at least one inlet (19, 22'), and means (4, 7, 4', 27') for closing and opening said at-least one JnIeI(19,22') that is kept, in walking phase, in an active position wherein said at least one inlet (19, 22') is accessible and communicating with the inside of the upper. The present invention further concerns the corresponding container.
