<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the loss of a shopping cart by increasing a return rate by promoting a return action by a customer after using a shopping cart. <P>SOLUTION: Electronic money for a deposit sum is withdrawn from electronic money stored in an RFID chip through an RFID reader/writer 215 in a state in which a cart main body 201 is locked by a lock part 281, and lock is released under the withdrawal.
