<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform transmission and receiving of message data by a tool bar to a number of users in Internet browsing. <P>SOLUTION: The method for delivering message data to a browser under Internet browsing in an information processor of a user comprises installing a tool bar module to the browser by the user to receive a plurality of message data set in a plurality of URLs by a function of the tool bar module; and editing the plurality of message data for display to display the data on a display frame of the tool bar of the browser.
