<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-phase balancer which dispenses with electronic components such as semiconductors or the like to enhance the reliability of a device and can suppress the device cost, and a three-phase balancing method. <P>SOLUTION: The three-phase balancer includes a phase shifting part 2 which adjusts the phases and levels of the line voltages V<SB>red white</SB>, V<SB>white blue</SB>, V<SB>blue red</SB>taken out from three phase voltage with a phase shifter to generate the line voltagesα<SP>2</SP>V<SB>red white</SB>/3,αV<SB>white blue</SB>/3,α<SP>2</SP>V<SB>white blue</SB>/3,αV<SB>blue red</SB>/3, a transformation part 1 which generates the line voltages V<SB>red white</SB>/3, V<SB>blue red</SB>/3 obtained by adjusting the levels of the line voltages V<SB>red white</SB>, V<SB>blue red</SB>with a transformer, and a generation means which generates a reversed-phase voltage E<SB>2</SB>by connecting the line voltages V<SB>red white</SB>/3,α2V<SB>white blue</SB>/3,αV<SB>blue red</SB>/3 and also generates a reversed-phase voltageα<SP>2</SP>E<SB>2</SB>from the line voltagesα<SP>2</SP>V<SB>red white</SB>/3,αV<SB>white blue</SB>/3, V<SB>blue red</SB>/3. The transformation part 1 generates a positive-phase voltage E<SB>1</SB>from the line voltage V<SB>red white</SB>and the reversed-phase voltage E<SB>2</SB>, a positive-phase voltageα<SP>2</SP>E<SB>1</SB>from the line voltage V<SB>white blue</SB>and the reversed-phase voltages E<SB>2</SB>,α<SP>2</SP>E<SB>2</SB>, and a positive-phase voltageα<SP>2</SP>E<SB>1</SB>from the line voltage V<SB>blue red</SB>and the reversed voltageα<SP>2</SP>E<SB>2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
