LUBRICATING OIL COLLECTION DEVICE OF ROCK DRILL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil collection device attached to an existing rock drill to collect the lubricating oil discharged into the atmosphere to prevent the atmospheric air and soil in the vicinity of hole drilling work site from being polluted by the lubricating oil. SOLUTION: This rock drill 1 having a lubricating oil discharge hole 15 for discharging the lubricating oil after lubricating the inside of a machine body in a lower part of the machine body is provided with an oil receiving vessel 21 covering a section below the lubricating oil discharge hole 15 and receiving the discharged lubricating oil and a fixing device 22 capable of attaching and detaching the oil receiving vessel 21 to/from the machine body of the rock drill 1 easily. A sponge 29 for absorbing lubricating oil is provided on an inner side of the oil receiving vessel 21 to absorb the lubricating oil discharged from the lubricating oil drain hole 15 and prevent splashing.
