PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a conventional detent mechanism has a structure wherein a steel ball is pressed by a coil spring, so that a soft and large coil spring is required when providing a soft operation feeling, thereby enlarging the whole mechanism. SOLUTION: A fixed member 4 is reciprocably installed with a plunger 6, and is installed with a plate-like elastic member 7 such that the other end of the plunger 6 abuts on the plate-like elastic member 7. When the plunger 6 is energized to a first energizing direction C by a pin 2, the plate-like elastic member 7 energizes the plunger 6 to a second energizing direction D opposite to the first energizing direction C.
