PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately support a driver by measuring whether or not appropriate information processing is performed for driving. SOLUTION: TTC to an obstacle in front is acquired (100), the measured brain activity level of the right parietal lobe is acquired (102), a TTC threshold corresponding to the acquired brain activity level is determined on the basis of a threshold determination table wherein a long TTC threshold is set for a low brain activity level and a short TTC threshold is set for a high brain activity level (104), and whether or not the acquired TTC is equal to or shorter than the determined TTC threshold is judged (106). When the acquired TTC is equal to or shorter than the TTC threshold, it is judged that output of an alarm is needed, a sound volume corresponding to the acquired brain activity level is determined on the basis of a sound volume determination table (108), and the alarm reporting the presence of the obstacle is outputted by a speaker by the determined sound volume (110).
