PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel inhibitor for protein kinase aurora-2 and GSK-3. SOLUTION: The novel pyrazole compound is represented by formula (II) (wherein the ring C is selected from phenyl, pyridinyl, pyrimidinyl, pyridazynyl, pyrazinyl, or 1,2,4-triazinyl rings, and R2, R2, Rx, and Ryare as described in the specification. The Ring C has ortho substituent and is optionally substituted in the non-ortho positions).
