PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breathable roll used for conveying a molten resin sheet, capable of easily replacing breathable material on a roll surface, equalizing tension of the breathable material in respective parts on a breathable roll surface, reducing cooling and stably conveying without bubble traces and wrinkles on the molten resin sheet. SOLUTION: The breathable roll for conveying molten resin sheet is provided with a drive roll, a suction cylinder which is structured so as to cover a roll surface of the drive roll, and fit in the drive roll, includes many vacuum suction holes arranged on a surface, and is divided so as to be opened from a roll shaft in a radiation direction, plate like cylinder dividing members having a tapered part interposed between the respective suction cylinders, a breathable cylinder provided on a cylinder surface of the suction cylinder, and a cylinder dividing member moving means structured so as to press the cylinder dividing member in an axial direction of the cylinder between the divided suction cylinders.
