PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular door sash structure enabling a width of an ornamental mall arranged at a door sash to be narrowed and showing a superior assembling workability. SOLUTION: This vehicular door sash structure 100 comprises a door sash 110 having a closed section 111 extending along an edge part of a vehicular door window pane 4 and a protruded surface 112 protruded from the closed section 111 to an outer side in a vehicular width direction, a mall 120 substantially extending along the door sash 110 and arranged outside a vehicle while being exposed, a clip 130 formed by resilient material, fixed to the inner surface of the mall 120 and holding the protruded surface 112 of the door sash 110, a protrusion formed to protrude from one of the clip 130 and the door sash 110 to the other and a cavity 113 formed at the other and having the protrusion engaged with it.
