PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel mounting structure of a vehicle improving work efficiency in assembling a front corner panel to a cab. SOLUTION: The panel mounting structure comprises a bracket 23 fixed to a front pillar 6, and the front corner panel 15 covering the front pillar. The bracket 23 includes a first portion 24 having first fixed parts 30a-30d facing a door opening 8 of the cab 1, and a second portion 25 located outside the front pillar and having a plurality of first engaging parts 34. The front corner panel includes first connection parts 36a-36d fixed to the first fixed parts by bolts 29; second connection parts 37a-37c fixed to second fixed parts 45a-45c of the front face of the cab by bolts 43; and a plurality of second engaging parts 38 engaged with the first engaging parts. The second engaging parts are engaged with the first engaging parts to hold the front corner panel to the cab and to enable the first and second connection parts to coincide with the first and second fixed parts.
