A curtain air bag for a vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by removing an additional ramp bracket or a cover used for installing the curtain air bag. A curtain air bag for a vehicle comprises an air bag cushion(100) and an inflator(200). An end of the air bag cushion is mounted on an inner panel(2) of the vehicle and extends to an upper side to be rolled several times. The inflator is installed at a lower side of the air bag cushion such that the air bag cushion is deployed. The air bag cushion mounted on the inner panel is not folded and rolled in a predetermined direction. The air bag cushion does not require an additional air bag cover. The air bag cushion is deployed in various directions depending on an installation position of the inflator. |
