A buffered hip resurfacing system is provided to be substituted for an artificial hip joint after cutting the surface of a femoral head, to induce continuous growth of a bone tissue and to prevent minute movement on a boundary of bone-implant. A buffered hip resurfacing system includes an artificial femoral head portion and a buffering sleeve. The artificial femoral head portion has generally hemispherical shape, and has a flat external support surface and an internal support surface that is slant towards an inner side thereof, and is smooth. The buffering sleeve has a conical shape having a hollow portion, and includes the outer surface(210) that comes into contact with the slant internal support surface of the artificial femoral head, and the inner surface(230) that comes into contact with bone tissue of the femoral head. |
