Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a fuel cell wherein unit cell con stituting members are stacked with a separator between each two of them. Thi s method for manufacturing a fuel cell comprises a step for arranging a unit cell constituting member on a first region of one side of the separator, an d another step for forming a sealing member composed of an elastic material so that the sealing member is bonded or closely adhered to a second region o f the one side of the separator including the first region and integrated wi th an end portion of the unit cell constituting member.
