PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for an oily ballpoint pen, keeping the lubricity even under high writing pressure, reducing the wear of a ball seat, providing good handwriting, and having good stability with time. SOLUTION: The ink composition for the oily ballpoint pen comprising at least a coloring agent and an organic solvent contains a lubricant comprising an organic acid and phosphoric acid ester soluble in the organic solvent, an organic amine comprising one or more kinds of an alkylamine, an oxyethylenealkylamine and a poly(oxyethylene)alkylamine.
