PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an off-through circuit with a low insertion loss and a tuner module using the same. SOLUTION: The off-through circuit is provided with an input terminal to which a high frequency signal is input, a first output terminal from which the high frequency signal is output, a second output terminal from which the high frequency signal is output, and a switching circuit which switches the path of the high frequency signal, wherein the switching circuit includes a semiconductor device which is inserted between the first output terminal and the second output terminal and is turned into conducted state when a bias voltage is applied thereto, an inductor which is connected to one terminal of the semiconductor device, and a capacitor which is connected to the one terminal of the semiconductor device. The off-through circuit is characterized in that, in a non-conducted state of the semiconductor device, the high frequency signal is passed through the inductor and the capacitor and output from the first output terminal, and in the conducted state of the semiconductor device, the connecting point of the inductor and the capacitor is connected to a ground via another terminal of the semiconductor device, and the high frequency signal is output from the second output terminal.
