<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing program and an image processing apparatus capable of executing Retinex processing at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: A printer can execute retinex processing for an inputted original image to generate an output image by referring to table data without executing gamma correction operation, thereby making it possible to accelerate image processing. In addition, since the program is provided with table data (median value table) formed using the values of normalized reflection rates "refle" mostly owned in the original image, an output value "Out" to be generated in reference to the table data can be made correct, and the image quality prevented from being deteriorated even if an output image is generated without using the gamma correction operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
